We achieve this by handling each claim using insurance industry experts to ensure the claim is valid in terms of the insurance policy together with printing industry experts who assess what needs to be repaired and/or replaced, and who validate the cost of such repair or replacement.
Our confidence in our ability to mitigate claims to a minimum is backed up by our guarantee to our insurance partner(s) to keep the cost of claims below an agreed quantum. In other words, if claims exceed this agreed quantum, Printsure pay the insurer. The success of this risk management approach provides the insurance company with sufficient comfort to enable them to significantly discount the insurance premiums to the policy holders.
